These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and use of the Red Sea Paradise website. Red Sea Paradise is a tourism marketing and booking platform based in Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt. Our contact location is Hurghada – El Mamsha El Seyahi (Touristic Promenade), Red Sea Governorate, Egypt.
Red Sea Paradise operates a multi-vendor marketplace for tours, activities, transfers and related tourism services. Depending on the listing, a service may be provided directly by Red Sea Paradise or by an approved third-party Partner. The identity or role of the service provider should be made clear in the relevant listing or booking information.
Companies and activity providers may apply to become Partners, but registration does not grant automatic approval or publication rights. Red Sea Paradise may review business information, licences, documents and other evidence relevant to the services offered before approving a Partner or a listing. We may suspend or remove listings or Partner access where necessary for quality, safety, legal or operational reasons.
For services operated by an approved Partner, that Partner is responsible for the actual performance of the booked activity, including operational delivery and activity-specific safety requirements. For services identified as provided directly by Red Sea Paradise, Red Sea Paradise is responsible for their direct performance. Red Sea Paradise remains the first customer-support contact for bookings made through our platform and will coordinate with the relevant Partner where applicable.
Prices on the English-language site are displayed in euros unless clearly stated otherwise. The displayed booking price is intended to be the total price for the selected service. Any optional or additional charge that is not included must be clearly disclosed in the relevant activity programme or booking information before it applies.
Available payment methods may vary by booking. They may include payment on arrival or advance payment using the payment methods displayed during booking. Where payment on arrival is selected, payment may be collected by the operating company or an authorised Red Sea Paradise representative at the place of performance. Where advance payment is offered, the payment instructions shown for that booking apply.
Unless a different policy is clearly stated on the relevant activity page, customers may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations made after that point are non-refundable.
Some services have special cancellation conditions because capacity or equipment is reserved specifically for the booking. For example, certain private island or boat arrangements may require advance payment and may carry a 25% cancellation charge. Any special policy must be disclosed for the relevant service before booking and takes precedence over the general 24-hour policy.
For leisure activities booked for a specific date or period, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right that may apply to some online purchases does not generally apply where the applicable consumer-law exception for dated leisure services applies. This does not reduce any cancellation right expressly offered by Red Sea Paradise or the relevant Partner.
If an activity is cancelled by Red Sea Paradise or the operating Partner because of weather, safety, operational reasons or other circumstances preventing performance, the customer may choose, subject to availability, between a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service or an alternative date or suitable replacement activity.
If a customer does not attend the agreed pickup or meeting point and has not given appropriate advance notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if a delay or problem may affect attendance.
Participation conditions, age rules, health considerations, required equipment and safety instructions vary by activity. Customers must review the information provided for the booked service and follow reasonable safety instructions issued by the operator. Where information relevant to safe participation is requested, customers must provide it accurately.
Flight, hotel or other travel offers accessed through affiliate or third-party services are not bookings supplied by Red Sea Paradise unless expressly stated otherwise. The third-party provider’s own terms, privacy practices, payment rules and cancellation conditions apply to those transactions.
Red Sea Paradise is the first point of contact for support relating to bookings made through our platform. For confirmed-booking assistance and support during performance, contact [email protected] or WhatsApp/phone 01279644446. For general enquiries, contact [email protected]. Where a Partner operates the activity, we may share the information necessary to investigate and resolve the issue with that Partner.
Where technically supported, customer review invitations are intended for customers associated with completed bookings. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unrelated to the service or otherwise violates applicable platform rules, but we do not alter a review merely because it is negative.
We collect and use booking information for purposes such as processing the booking, communicating about the booked service, customer support, safety and necessary operational coordination. We do not intend to use booking contact data for unrelated direct marketing without an appropriate legal basis. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep listings, prices and availability accurate. Partners are responsible for providing accurate information about services they operate, while Red Sea Paradise may review or correct platform content. Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected, but we will communicate with an affected customer where a confirmed booking is impacted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law. Responsibility for the actual performance of a Partner-operated activity rests with the identified operator to the extent applicable, while Red Sea Paradise remains responsible for obligations it undertakes itself, including services it directly provides. These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to a customer.
Red Sea Paradise branding, original website content and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, photographs and content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, Partners, payment methods or legal requirements. The version applicable to a booking is the version made available in connection with that booking, subject to mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by applicable Egyptian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded for a customer in their country of residence. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights that apply to them.
